CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

At Cricket Zone USA Trophies & Sports Equipment, we value our customers and want to ensure clarity regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Because of the specialized nature of cricket equipment, we have specific policies in place to protect both our customers and our business. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase:

 1. General Policy

  • All items are considered final sale once purchased and used. Items that have been worn, used in play, or otherwise altered from their original condition are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • For eligible returns or exchanges, items must be sent back within 14 days of purchase, in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number and invoice).
  • Any returns sent outside the 14-day window, or without proper documentation, will be refused.

2. Sale Items

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Exceptions apply only in cases where we shipped the wrong product or if a product is confirmed as faulty due to our error. In such cases, customers must contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.

3. Defective Products

  • If you believe you have received a defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • You must email photos of the product, along with your order number and phone number, to info@cricketzoneusa.com.
  • Once we review your claim, we will determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
  • In some cases, we may request that you ship the defective item back to us for inspection before a decision is made.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging and delivery charges.
  • We recommend using a trackable and reliable shipping service, as Cricket Zone USA cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
  • Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only if the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong product or delivering a defective item.

5. PayPal Transactions:

If you cancel your order for any reason and have paid via PayPal, a 3.5% deduction will apply due to PayPal’s policy of not refunding merchant fees after the transaction is processed.

6. Exclusions from Return/Exchange

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for health, safety, and usage reasons:

  • Protective undergarments and personal equipment (e.g., thigh guards, abdominal guards, briefs, clothing, etc.)
  • Helmets or items that come into direct contact with skin once used
  • Any items that show signs of wear, customization, or usage

7. Cricket Bats

  • Cricket bats are made of natural willow and are subject to wear and tear during play. Due to the nature of the game, all cricket bats will eventually show damage or break, especially in vulnerable areas such as the edges and toes.
  • Most manufacturers do not provide warranties on bats, particularly for edge or toe damage, surface cracks, or breakage caused by improper use.
  • Used bats are not covered under our return policy, regardless of how long they have been used.
  • Any warranty claims on bats are handled strictly at the discretion of Cricket Zone USA management, and decisions will be final. Customers should understand that even with proper preparation and care, breakage is a natural part of bat use.

8. International Orders

  • Customers residing outside the USA are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery of their order.
  • These charges vary by country and are not controlled by Cricket Zone USA. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.
  • Please note that returning international orders may involve additional customs or shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

9. How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return. Include photos if the product is defective.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  4. If approved, ship the product back using a reliable courier and provide tracking information.
